New music room - coming soon!
The new music room is under construction, and we can't wait to start class in there! Currently, I'm coming to classrooms to do music.
The new room will include some much needed storage for musical costumes, props, and also our ever-growing collection of instruments. It will be located in the former science room, conveniently located near the gym and art classroom, as well as the new band/orchestra practice rooms. It's almost the same size as before, but will feel much larger with more storage, so we'll have even more room to dance and play!
Below are some images I've been snapping as they work. In the first, you can see the construction workers cutting out a doorway to what will be the new hallway. In the second, you can see how they framed it nicely and started painting. More pictures will come soon as the construction progresses!
